Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and officially confirm your order.
• No deposit = no confirmed order.
• The remaining balance is due before or at pickup.
• All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
• Prices vary depending on the cake size, design, level of detail, flavors, fillings, and additional decorations.

Ordering

Please provide the following when inquiring:

• Date & preferred pickup time
• Number of servings
• Cake flavor & filling
• Design, theme & colors
• Inspiration photos, if applicable
• Any other important details you’d like included

•Orders should be placed at least 1–2 weeks in advance. Availability is not guaranteed for last-minute orders.

When Ordering:

KOrder Changes

All order details must be finalized at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup date.
Changes requested after this deadline may not be accommodated and, if possible, may be subject to an additional fee.
Once your order is confirmed, major changes to the design, size, flavor, or filling may affect the final price.

Pickup & Handling

• Pickup only unless delivery has been arranged and confirmed in advance.
• Customers are responsible for transporting their order safely after pickup.
• Once an order has been picked up, Khadija’s Delights is not responsible for damage caused during transportation, storage, or handling.
• Cakes should be kept level, secured, and refrigerated when appropriate.

Custom Designs

Inspiration photos are welcome and help communicate your vision. Please note that custom cakes are handmade, so the final product may have slight variations from the inspiration image.
